Youth Mobilizers formed in October of 2006 to increase the level of teen involvement in the community and to voice the opinions of teens in Bartholomew County.
Teens in the community are affected by decisions in which they have no say.
A current project of Youth Mobilizers, called “Teens on Board,” was created to involve teens in decisions that affect their community.
Through “Teens on Board,” teens will be placed on willing boards to act as ex-officio members, but will be enabled to directly voice their opinions on issues that are important to them.
