Adult Basketball - Adult basketball leagues run throughout the year. Contact Dean Layman at dean@foundationforyouth.com or 348-4558 ext. 313 for more information and league schedule.
Volleyball - Senior Volleyball Leagues are available at Foundation For Youth on Wednesday and Fridays at 8:30 a.m. Contact 372-7867 for more information.
Weight Room - Not interested in working out with a large crowd? The weight room at FFY can meet your work out needs. Treadmills, stationary bikes, and nautilus equipment are available to tighten your abs, firm your legs, and build and tone muscle throughout your body.
Aquatics - The 25-yard indoor swimming pool offers public swim lessons, aqua-aerobic fitness classes, lap-swim, and recreational swim time for Boys & Girls Club members. The pool is available for parties, schools, and health & fitness rental activities. Lifeguard training is also available periodically throughout the year. Click here for more infomation.
Open Gym - The gymnasium is available, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00 a.m. thru 7:45 a.m., Monday thru Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 10:45 a.m. thru 12:45 p.m. for those interested in playing basketball or indoor walking.
Adult Memberships - Those interested in using FFY on a regular basis are encouraged to purchase an annual membership for a fee of $25. You can then purchase visit passes that will be loaded on your membership card. Visit passs prices vary depending on the quantity your purchase. Then you swipe your card when you come to work out. Non-members must pay $3 per visit.
